INTRODUCTION

FOUNDATION
BIOVET S. A LABORATORIES was founded in 1984 by a group of veterinarians and chemists with a great experience in clinical practise and production of drugs and vaccines.

SITUATION
BIOVET S. A LABORATORIES is placed in Tarragona, in the Mediterranean coast, where the origin of European industrial poultry production is situated.

OBJECTIVES
BIOVET develops a new veterinary company concept, providing advice, information and services, together with high quality products (vaccines, drugs, additives and vitaminic-mineral correctors).

DISTRIBUTORS
In the Spanish market we count with more than 30 distributors, who are in direct contact with farmers and stocks.

BIOVET S. A LABORATORIES collaborates with specialized companies of different geographic areas: Central America, Middle Orient, South-East Asia and Europe.
International and national distributors collaborate in the marketing of products as well as in R+D projects.

BIOVET'S AWARD
Every year BIOVET S. A LABORATORIES collaborates with the Tarragona Vet Association in order to give a prize to unpublished works on practical cases of pathology, animal health and production.

ANALITIC SERVICES AND FEED FORMULATION
We offer to our costumers analytical laboratory services. We perform microbiological, parasitic, serological and chemical (mycotoxins) analysis, with animal and food samples. Using programmes we act as consultants to our costumers about breeding, ideal ration at the lowest lost, and can provide advise in all nutritional aspects.

CLINICAL ASSISTANCE
Our technical department is source of clinical advice for vet groups, farmers and stock breeders.

BIOVET SYMPOSIUM
Every year a Symposium with monographic theme takes place. It helps to update pathology, diagnosis, pharmacology, physiology, reproduction, management and nutrition subjects.

CATALOGUE
We have an extensive catalogue composed by specialities intended for poultry farming, pigs, ruminants and additives for animal nutrition.

With the guarantee of the trade marks ALQUERFEED, ALQUERMOLD, ALQUERPLUS, ALQUERFLAV and ALQUERMIX, in our catalogue you can find preservatives, antioxidants, probiotics, enzymes, acidifiers, mycotoxin-binders, flavours, vitamins, amino acids and minerals.
